Our programs are developed for the individual athlete, comprised of 5 core Components.

Personal Training Programs

We build training programs around the person, not the event. One training program does not “fit all”. That means we use balance to create programs that consider the athlete’s personal life, physical condition, injury background and goals.

Group Road & Trail Runs

We coordinate weekly runs on the road and the trails to leverage the best of ‘community’. We vary distances and pace to ensure all training needs are met.

Track Tuesday

Running-form work is an important component for athletes of all levels. We host and guide weekly workouts on the track to focus on speed and conditioning intervals -- all made easier with the support and fun of a group workout.

Specialty Programs

Strength training, cross training, physical therapy, etc. Different athletes require, or desire, complementary programs to further their training, recovery or both. We plug in these important elements when it's needed.

1x1 Weekly Support

A training program, alone, is not a coach. Athletes focused on challenging goals will encounter many obstacles and opportunities. We provide the one-on-one support and perspective sometimes required to push past boundaries.
